Better pop- this is a pretty old mod but i guess i'll put it in here anyways: hold a lighter about an inch underneath
your nose or tail for about 20 seconds. then bend it to your liking.
Bushings: experiment with different substances and materials to see what you prefer. I use a leather punch that you use
to punch extra holes in belts.
Remove griptape: if you want to put on new grip, your going to have to take off your old grip. You could just peel it
off. Although there will still be brownish crap leftover, this is not a problem for putting on new grip. I've also heard of
holding your tech deck above a boiling pot of water, but i've yet to try this.
Different colors: you can use model car paint to color your trucks, hardware, or even a blank deck.
Blank deck: i use a sanding block to scrape off the graphic (after taking off the trucks), but i have also heard of using
duct tape. place the duct tape on the graphic side of your tech deck. rub it down smooth and hard. then pull it off. you may
have to do this more than once.
make your own graphics: you can print your own graphics onto sticker paper then stick it onto your blank deck or print
it onto regular paper, then use double sided tape to attach it to your deck. I have tried the double sided tape method, and
i have realized that it is hard to cut the excess tape off, especially when you are cutting out the truck holes.
broken axles: a lot of the time, the axles that hold your wheels to your trucks pop out. you can just put some super
glue on the axle and then hammer it back into your truck.
